Your agent takes your emails, meeting notes and client notes and organises them into one second brain it can work from. So it turns up to every conversation already briefed and ready to work.
You're getting generic work back and spending your time fixing it. That's not what you were promised.
Everything your business knows is scattered. Some of it's in your meetings, some in your email, some in client notes, and most of it's in your head. Your AI doesn't have access to any of it. So it's doing its best to guess, and that's why the draft looks finished and is still wrong for you.
Most people try to solve this with a few "about my business" context docs, or by briefing their AI again and again in a chat. The problem is those docs go stale too quickly, and the chats disappear.
The fix is a second brain: all the externalised knowledge of your business, in one organised place that you and your AI both work from.
And you don't build it. Your agent does. It starts with your emails, meeting notes and client notes, then brings in everything else you work from: your documents, projects, ideas, voice notes and research. It pulls out what matters (who each client is, what you promised them, what you charge, what you've decided) and organises it all into your second brain. Then every day it brings in what's new, so it never goes stale.

I'd had three sales come through from my Facebook ads, but Facebook was only showing one. So I asked my agent:
Look at what I didn't have to say. I didn't tell it which product, which campaign, which checkout or when the ads started. I just started talking, the way I would to someone who's been in the business with me all along. It already knew what I meant, because it's all in my second brain: the product, the campaign, the checkout, and the decision I made two weeks earlier.
And it was right. The setting had never been switched on. It didn't find that because I told it. It found it because the 17 Sep decision was sitting in my second brain, and nothing after it said the job was done.
That's the difference. You stop briefing your AI and start just talking to it, like someone who already knows your business.
I've had three sales but I still only see one in the Facebook ads dashboard. I don't know how to fix that.
On 17 Sep you decided to switch on server-side tracking in ThriveCart and test a purchase before the campaign launched. I can't find anything that says either happened. That's the most likely reason Facebook is missing two of your sales.

I've spent the better part of a decade building knowledge systems for businesses and solo operators. Today I run my whole business from a second brain, with my agent working from it every day:
I've tested this with coaches, consultants, marketers and CEOs. This toolkit is how you get the same thing: you give the guide to your agent, it asks you a few questions, and it builds your second brain for you.
"It's been working brilliantly… It's just really blowing me away about what a wonderful job it's doing, especially picking up commitments for my clients, commitments for me, creating tasks that go along with that… Just wonderful."
"My second brain doesn't just support me, it keeps the whole business on track. My business partner gets a live view of what's due, where every product is at and what we've decided, without ever having to even open our second brain. We're closing things out faster than we have in a long time."
"My chief of staff works straight from my second brain. At the end of every day I tell it that's it for today and to give me a recap in the morning, and it gets me straight back into flow. Honestly, it's a game changer."
Hand your agent a second brain and it turns up to every chat already briefed. It keeps working in the background while you get on with running the business.

No. It works with the ChatGPT or Claude you already use, and the second brain can live in the notes app you already have. I show it in my setup and you build it in yours.
Not at all. If you can talk to AI, you're ready.
Less than 90 minutes to have your second brain set up and full of your business knowledge. Your agent keeps adding to it from there.
Straight away. Everything lands in your inbox the moment you buy, and it's yours to keep.
